    Losing some fat
    OK wel I'm not fat. I'm really skinny,but I have some belly fat that I hate.iv been working on my abbs.but I have so much usless fat I can see them unless I pull my tummy in. its nothing exteme but its ugly. What a good diet,so I can loose this fat. Don't recommend eny wieght loss treatments because I will shoot you. Just tell me a good diet :] gracii

    The only realistic method is decrease of calorific intake and increase in aerobic activity.
    (Less food, more exercise)

    Once you build some stamina ,start increasing the stamina and lower your calorie intake level .
