    Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan
    Have a ceiling fan with remote that works both the lights and fan. The lights work but the fan moves very slow on each of the speed. Can't get it to move faster.. Any ideas. Please respond to [email protected]

    Press and hold the fan button for a few moments. I think you may have activated a low speed option.

    Does the fan have pullchains in addition to a remote?
