    I was stupid in my youth and got caught with cocaine which wasn't mine and took the blame because I had just turned 18 and all my friends were in their 20s. I was put on parole but had already plans to leave the country to go to school. This happened in 1993. Now I have a family putside of the us and would like to go back, just a visit, but I'm scared, I never checked in with my parole officer in Ca. Can I be arrested if I go home?

    If you were on parole, yes there is a warrant for your arrest to serve the rest of the sentence. Most likely arrested at the airport but yes you risk arrest.

    You really need to hire an attorney and make arrangements to turn yourself in.
