my girlfriend and I were living together, her name was on our lease, my name was on our lights and cable bills we got into an argument and she decided to call the police to have me put out, the police told her she could not do that. But as a result of all this my bp went up and I went to the er. When I got back she had place my clothes in bags and put them in the front room then started putting them outside when I tried to put them back I tripped and fell she fell on top of me but called the police and said I pushed her. I went to jail and she had my friend come and take my clothes while I was in jail. I am left with unpaid bills and no stable place to live. Can I sue her for an illegal eviction?
also I spent a total of 5 days in custody (2 in jail 3 in the hospital) my bp went up again and I almost had a stroke in jail so I was taken to the hospital and when I was released from the hospital I was placed in a 4x5 booth with no water or toilet for 10 hrs, is this legal?

You can try to sue for an illegal eviction. The problem here is the domestic violence situation. I don't know if that will mitigate the eviction.

As to whether your treatment in jail was legal or not, I would consult an attorney. If the police were aware of your medical conditions, it would seem to be over the top.
