    How long do the feds have to come and get you from a county jail after being convicte
    My brother has been in jail since nov. and has been being held for fed pick up since the first of April. How long do the feds have to come get him?

    Until the county gets tired of keeping him, or until his sentence is complete, whichever comes first.
