    I'm 13 years old and I'm taking the pills I'm so desperate to have a flat stomach so

    Pills won't make you have a flat stomach, but exercise will.

    And diet

    Whenever you feel hungry eat some protein

    Much more enjoyable and you don't have to take pills

    Yup, a healthy lifestyle will get you in good shape: be active and exercise some self-control in what you eat.

    My advice is the same, plus cut down on breads, pasta and sugar. Also drink lots of water. Walk, walk, walk.No pills you're too young.
