I was at walgreens with my friend and her little daughter took few things and kept them .anywyas we didn't know that and when we were leaving they stopped us and called police.. polices came took our ids and let us go after like one hour.( we were there in walgreens they didn't took us jail or something.)
So I want to know do I have a felony? And It stop me being a us citizen ?

It is called a "felony" not a falony.

And no it is a misdemeanor but only if they press charges, where you given a ticket, where you given a time and date to appear in court or be fingerprinted.

If they merely banned you form the store, and the police issues a warning that is all there is.

If they arrested or gave you a ticket then you may have a record after you appear in court.

Yes they say don't ever come to this store again.
They took our address and social numebra so I'm worrying will they send a court letter or something ? Or it's just banned from store ?

Sorry I was not there, if they were going to have you go to the station, they would have really said that. Sounds like just banned from store.

I googled And found many topics on forum where people say they got a court letter after a week ?
And this was the first time this bad thing happened.
What you think will they send a court letter?
