    I have to see my probation officer in 3 days for dui in orlando Florida
    I am going to see my probation officer for the first time in three days I have a dinner party 2 days before that if I have a beer or glass of wine with dinner will I be OK with my drug test when I go ?

    You are on probation, you were not suppose to be drinking, you know that anyone at the party who see's you drinking can just call the PO and report, what about a friend who gets mad at you for some reason and calls to report you. Most people get caught breaking probation not from tests or random checks, it is people turning them in.

    We can not legally help you break the law, since if it is against your probation, helping you break it, would not be legal or ethical.

    Do you have a drinking problem or issue where you can't not drink?

    Strange idea, if it is your party what about no wine or beer.
