    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    This is not as simple as it sounds. Adding a spouse is one thing, but with a sister, you will have to sell her a share of your property. This means getting your mortgage lender involved and possibly refinancing your mortgage. Also, if you don't sell at fair market value, there may be tax consequences. I would suggest you consult a real estate attorney to handle this.
