    Can I pass an EGT test 84 hrs after I stopped drinking?
    Dr Bill:

    I drank from 8-midnight Friday,several beers then went to bed. Also had a few beers Wed and Thurs evenings (8-midnight). No booze Monday or Tuesday

    I have an ETG test at noon Tuesday. I am 6 ft 200lbs reasonably active. I have drunk half a gallon of water today so far, and plan on having a full gallon down by the time I go to bed.

    Should I pass assuming 100 mg test

    EtG elimination is related to the amount of alcohol consumed. Can you come closer to providing the number of beers consumed.

    5-6, not light beers.

    At that consumption it is very unlikely that you will have EtG remaining at 84 hours. It is very unusual, exceptional, for EtG/EtS to be present at that range under any circumstance.
