    Landlord question
I live in Florida and was wondering during an eviction process is the landlord still required to make repairs around the rental? Both our stove and air conditioner have stopped working and I didn't know whether he would still be responsible to fix it while we are still here. We have not gone to court yet nor have I been served any papers yet

The premises needs to be kept habitable. Not providing the services the lease specifies, may be considered an illegal eviction. A/C may not be required, even on FL, but a stove might be.

Are you behind in you rent?
