In my opinion I prefer rock. I've listened to it my entire life. I've heard to hip hop and personally can't stand it. It's good music but I just don't like it. Some pop artists I like but not all. Which do you prefer and why?

I'm pretty open to anything. I have to say that I don't have a preferred "genre" of music. I either like the song, or I don't, and I can't really tell you why I like it or hate it either way.

I can say that I dislike most country songs. ;)

But when it comes to Rock or Hip Hop, I'm 50/50. I can't even say it depends on the artist, because I've had people I generally don't like, write songs that I really love.

So I'm on the fence. :)

Like all of it, was at a opera last week, and my dance school teaches ballet and hip hop.

To listen, my best and more common choice will be 70's rock and 50's to 70's country.
