My last period was in April. In May I spotted for 4 days, then took a test, but it was negative. Should I just go get a blood test done?

Please clarify your information. In this post you say your last period was in April and you spotted in May. In your other post you said the last period was in March and you spotted in April.

The suggestions you receive can depend on which dates are accurate.

Thanks for the information... :) If you are late for a period for May, try another test. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. If your May period isn't due yet, wait and see what happens for this month. The April period may have just been an off cycle.

If no period for May, and you still get a negative test, then see your doctor about having a blood test.

Roughly about 12-14 days later. What is the norm for your cycle length? Are they usually pretty regular?

28 & yes its always regular & I never spotted before

Wait about a week after it should have started and test then if necessary. If negative, see your doctor. They will do another pregnancy test as well. If that too is negative, they may suggest other reasons for the change in your cycles and do further testing.
