    Sounds like PMS, but have you taken a test to be sure?

    Give another day then do a test. If you are not pregnant then it might be because you have changed your diet.
    If that's not the case. See your GP. He or she should be able to help you.

    It's not unusual for periods to be off a bit. As was said, give it a few more days and see what happens. Test if necessary.
