I don't know if you mean something that doesn't fit close to the body, like 'leggings'? Black or other dark color leggings hide very well. Leggings usually mean tight fitting 'footless' tights. You can see many of them by typing that word into search eBay.

I have a pair of super lightweight 'handkerchief' linen pants that don't hug my body, and look good under a long top or dress. They aren't bulky at all.

Indian and Pakistani women wear shalwar kameez, a long top over loose legged pants. You can search that too, and there are many on eBay.
