    Is this carpal tunnel?
    Hello I've been experiencing cramping and tingling in me hands when I move my fingers it goes away and when I don't it starts to tingle and cramps up again could this be carpal tunnel.

    A lot depends on what you do with your hands all day.
    If computer work, then you may just need to totally change how you sit and type and use the mouse. Answer back if so, and we can tell you what to do. (I have to constantly tell myself to adjust my right hand which I use for the mouse.)
    This is not to say you don't have carpal tunnel or some other condition. It's impossible to diagnose online. Just make suggestions.
