I am not sure how to explain it but there has been several times in my new home where I felt something has been watching me, and I have seen shadows around here and have heard voices, I have been attack twice by something here maybe a ghost, when attacked, It would have left me red marks on my skin specially below my knees at my sleep, when I would wake up from the pain my door would be open and the bed sheets pulled down towards the end of the bed which to this day is unexplainable to human logic.

After a few years living here things seemed to come to a halt but I some times feel "it's" presence but I usually ignore it.

My mother told me about my past childhood that my brother and I used to see what might have been the dead.
We used to live in a very old house back in the 90's where a child and a man died in , and my brother and I would see them and tell my mom that we see a child that would be friendly and the man that would be aggressive.

Not sure if that those experiences mean that I might be sensitive to unexplained things such as those,
My question is, can ignoring something like a ghost make it go away or wait for some one else to who is sensitive to hear or feel it?
We had the house blessed a few times by a church because of what I was experiencing and same with the other family members but still some times I feel like some type of weak annoyance around me or negative presence, when I do I call God to rid of any impurities which do work but still I don't know if its still here or not. Some times I do feel "it" but goes away rapidly, I am not worried as I used to but out of curiosity:

How do I know if a ghost is still here at my home?

Another thing too, When we moved to this new house I felt a cold presence and when we dig up the yard I found the remains of a goat which looked bad at the time.

You're not sensitive... spirits appear to who they want to, when they want to. I think it is very safe to say that what was around you when you were young is still around.

I have never heard of anyone ignoring a spirit to the point of it just going away. Having the home blessed may have helped it back down for awhile, but that really isn't the way to deal with a spirit. Christ showed his followers that spirits are dealt with ONLY through Him. By HIS name, we have authority over such spirits. Rarely will a spirit leave after a blessing... because it wasn't forced out. I don't know what denomination you belong to or whether you are Catholic or not, but you need to be prayed over if this is something you are still experiencing.

The dead do not need help crossing over nor do they remain after death. Their eternity and judgement awaits them, whether it be good or bad it is not here on earth.

There are things that can cause a person to feel "uneasy" .
An example is exposure to certain electromagnetic fields given off by the breaker panel where the electric lines from the outside are connected to the lines in your house.

Is there any specific place where you feel uneasy and where is it in relation to a power source?

A goat buried in the yard may be no more than pet from a previous owner.

It seems you have had some previous experiences that certainly may be paranormal that could cause you now to put more meaning into what is happening than is really there.

On the other hand as hauntinghelper said (and I agree) if it is a "spirit" ignoring it will usually not end the situation and action can be taken to end the problem.

What exactly is happening now ?
Is anyone else experiencing anything?
How much is this affecting you and those around you?
