An msword document is marked as a word document in my LG KE770 but in options menu there is no way to view it .I reset the phone to the factory default but no success.any help

As it cannot open MS Word files this is perfectly normal.
Bear in mind that this phone was released in 2007, before the more recent smart phone revolution.

Yes they did, but not this one as it is unsupported.
