    Lumph on thigh
Hi... today my boyfriend found a lump on his upper thigh... its hard and immobile... no discoloration I can see... he said it only hurts when he presses on it... no problem when he walks or moves... its about the size of a dime... I automatically wanted to go straight to the er... but we have no insurance so we are going to try a health clinic... should I be worried? What could this be? Its wed night... is it safe to wait until sat?

My thighs are quite large and they rub together and I get a horrible rash. I've been cutting off the tops of cheap panty hpse for under my skirts in the summer, that doesn't always work. I never wear pants, is there some sort of cream or powder I can use? It's very painful. Thanks.
