What does it mean if I have a lump on my penis?
I am 13 and I have recently been masturbating quite a lot, today I went to the toilet and I noticed quite a big lump on my penis like in the middle, there is a smaller one on the other side, I am really worried and I don't want to see my parents about it because it is quite embarrassing, nor do I want to see a doctor, please help someone?
