So me and this girl are really close friends, whenever she's hurt or something amazing or depressing happens she comes straight to me first. She has told me that she likes me a lot before and she knows that I like her but she just broke up with a guy about 3 months ago and she thought was in love with him, but was wrong. She has tried breaking all contact from him. But she always thinks of him just out of the blue. She has tried to get rid of everything that reminds her of him, but immediately regrets it. So guys and girls.. How can I help her get over her ex?

I don't know if this will help but just try to make her see that he wasn't worth it n that she deserves better and that being with him would only hurt her and effect her In a bad way

In fact I would recommend to leave her completely alone, aka go NO contact, since she is still hung over her ex boyfriend.
