    Blowing fuses on 1998 toyota camry
    My car is a 1998 toyota camry and blowing fuses that go to instument panel and power windows. What could be causing this?

    Look for a short between the under dash fuse box and the IPC or power window. Look for a break in the wiring, first. Use a good LED flashlight.
