    Bang in sprinkler
When my outdoor sprinkler system initially goes on and when each zone turns on there is a bang or pipe hammering. Is there a special valve or initial pressure reducer to eliminate the bang?

You can cut a tee into the supply and install a air chamber ( shock absorber) Good luck, Tom
