I have recently been having terrible back pains.. painful urination... nausea and I've been to the hospital countless time sin the past year I've had like three paps smear and most of them all come back negative until a 5 half months ago I was diagnosed with a bladder infection I took all the pills was OK for two days then the pain started again I have sharp pains in my pelvic sometimes I'm scared cause I had chalymdia but was treated for like two years ago but I had it for like seven and I don't really have sex and I'm scared I'm infertile I've been to the doctors the say I'm OK but I know and feel otherwise I need to see another gyn about no insurance and I'm in between jobs so I just want to know what you think thanks

I would suggest an ultrasound. This could be another UTI, but what doesn't make sense is that you were just recently diagnosed with a UTI (which requires a simple urine test), and yet you've been to the hospital countless times over this issue in the last year. If it had originally been a UTI, they should have caught it during all those visits.

There's no way for anyone to diagnose you over the internet, but I would suggest that the next step be an ultrasound to see if something else is going on.
