Big dogs that jump up on people--what to do?
There are 2 dogs in the home. Lady lives alone with the dogs. They are both German Shepherds. The castrated male wants to jump up, lick and kiss everyone all the time when people come to visit. He does it to the Owner also. He also likes to sit on people's laps. He is quite a big dog and very strong. He is attracting the other dog who is a 7 year old spayed female to do the same. How can this problem be solved?

Training. The owners need to get their dogs into training sessions, or hire a personal trainer. They obviously have no idea how to properly train their dogs on their own. This is not acceptable behavior for a dog, and it's the owners fault, not the dogs.
