    1940-1950 bedroom furniture
    Trying to find out the worth of my parents bedroom set. Solid wood black and burgundy, cedar lined, beveled miror, original hardware with the exception of a few knobs.

    Hi, jpobuta!

    Would it be possible for you to post some images of the furniture here? What kind of wood are the pieces made of and also, do you know the name of the company that built the furniture, please?

    The names of companies can frequently be found on the backs and undersides of pieces both small and large.

    I have a double bedroom set made in Holland Michigan in 1940, it is yellow gold with darker gold trim and it has wood flower dowel on the headboard and footboard plus the vanity and dresser and do I find the value of this set?
