    I am male,46,I lost interest in intercourse due to premature ejaculation,
    I am male,46,I lost interest in intercourse due to premature ejaculation, and guilty feeling of not able to satisfy my partner (she also does't care much) which inturn directed me into frequent masterbaution i.e. on a daily once basis. I want to restrict the same,so at what frequency can I do the same?

    You want someone here to tell you how frequently to masturbate? Do I understand you correctly?

    I don't know that once daily is frequent.

    If you don't want to masturbate, think happy thoughts about something else... and stop masturbating.
