Why all of a sudden is my dog pooping in the house
She is not only pooping but peeing the tearing things up there have been no changes around the house

Keep an eye on your dog when she goes outside, there might be children or even other animals that are bothering your dog. My guess is that it's got nothing to do with what's going on inside the house, but rather outside; if your dog continues to do these things and you can find no reason for it, take it to the vet... But my bet is that your problem is actually outside your house.

How often and long is she alone?
Is she bored?
How do you clean up her "mistakes?"
How old is she?
I doubt it's an outside influence.

She is not a lone long just today my son left the house for about an hour she did not poop or pee she took some paper off the table and tour it up

I've had paper shredding dogs in my lifetime - I have never understood the big attraction.
