My father was born in Goa, migrated here in Pakistan passed away in April 2, 2011.
My father was born in Goa, migrated here in Pakistan passed away in April 2, 2011. He has a Portuguese passport which was cancelled in Pakistan.
I would like to know if I am eligible to obtain Portuguese citizenship based on him and if the answer is yes, what is the procedure |
