I few days ago I started feeling a little "raw" down there... And just today (5-3-12) I decided to investigate. I was quite shocked at what I found! There is a teeny tiny sore (kind of like a razor knick) on the inside of my labia, right before the vaginal opening! It really isn't red, or raised or nasty or anything, its very small and I barely even saw it, but it feels raw and also has a very small amount of clear, slimy discharge from it. Very strange! I am pregnant, and have been in a one partner relationship for 5 years. Like most other posts, anytime you try and search for answers in the "vaginal department" all sites lead to HERPES, lol, and I'm almost 100% sure I don't have herpes. I have an appointment with my ob in a few days, but I'm curious NOW. Like I said, it only has a "raw" feeling, its really not swollen, there is no nasty, oozing, colored discharge, no odor, although it was a bit uncomfortable during sex. I'm a bit concerned, so ANY advice or opinions would be great! Thanks!

I would imagine it could be anything from a cut (fingernail?) to a cyst that popped - also Herpes of course. Dab a little peroxide on it (stings) and some antibacterial ointment and wait for your doctor.
I recently got a bright red oozing infection just from scratching myself along the leg opening edge of my underwear nearest the crotch, and I got rid of it in one day with the above. I don't think you even have an infection, however, with no odor.
