    When can I remarry?
    Can you remarry in Alabama if you appeal any part of the divorce and your divorce papers state that no party shall remarry if there is an appeal until said appeal is satisfied, And if you do is that marriage binding in the state of Alabama

    I guess you gave the answer-"no party shall remarry if there is an appeal"...

    The portion of the divorce decree staying remarriage pending appeal appears to be, in effect, a stay on appeal.

    If the appeal is still open it may be that the divorce is not final and until the divorce is final, no one can remarry yet.

    So no they can not get married and need to resolve the divorce first
