    Being written up
Hello, I work for a non profit organization and I have reported people for abuse and for drinking on the job, two separate cases. After each time them have pulled me into the office and written me up for some really petty stuff, such as I booked a doctors appointment during work hours, worked here a year and a half and it's my first time. I believe this company really wants to hide the abuse going on and wants to get rid of me. How do I keep my job but still stand up for what's right?

Sorry mistyped. The supervisors of the company have pulled me into the office and written me up after each case. I reported the abuse to the supervisors now it's under investigation with the higher authorities. The drinking on the job was only reported to the supervisors.
