    Kidney problems?
I am currently in extreme back pain. My back pain, along with lower abdominal pain(almost like period cramps), and burning/itching vagina(burns especially when I urinate) all started a little over a week ago. It hurts really bad to urinate, like a burning feeling. My back pain is in my middle to upper back and on my lower sides. Ever since the back pain has become really bad I have been dizzy and feeling nauseas. I have no real fever, but have been a lot hotter than usual. Yesterday when I wiped after urinated there was blood on the toilet paper, and I have been having weird, smelly discharge. I get VERY frequent uti's, once if not twice a month at least. Do I have a kidney infection or something wrong with my kidneys or is this something else going on?

Sounds like you have a bad infection and it could be any one of a number of medical issues. I assume you haven't been to the doctor? If I were you I would go to the ER (Emergency Room) of your nearest hospital and check in so they can treat you properly. Do it now!
