    Cramps and Spotting
    If you have mild cramps and spotting a light pinkish color then turn into a brownish color to a brownish red color COULD I BE PREGNANT?

    It all depends you can spot or bleed from std's, ( not saying you have any ) but the first noticeable pregnancy symptom is swollen if the breast OR a missed period. ( everybody is different though ) so your best decision will be to go to a midwife.
