    I have no time to exercise and I'm gaining weight it really depresses me
    I have no time to excersize with all the hw I have to do
    Its making me depressed that I'm gaining a lot of weight
    I worked really hard to go from 178 to 140 and now I'm 145
    I don't know how to control my portions
    I'm depressed because my friend left me on top of it
    I feel ugly and fat all the time it makes me cry… I can't eat in peace anymore
    I ask my mom to sign me up to another died program or help me and all she does is yell at me which makes me even more upset
    I don't have time for myself
    I'm sick and tired of being sad and negative all the time
    I don't have anyone to talk too
    I need cheering up and confort and help I don't want to gain the weight that I already lost



    (please don't tell me to make time of excersizing because I can't)

    Ok,

    First be happy, you lost a lot of weight, how did you do that ? Be proud how much you have already did, but it is not easy,

    1. what do you mean you can't "judge portions" you measure, sorry it is simple, instead of three spoons full you do two. Instead of four big mac you do one. Instead of a burger and fry, just do the burger no fry.

    You cut out soda, and sugar drinks, just do water for best results

    Use smaller plates, people put more on a larger plate, use smaller plates.

    Next sorry you have time to exercise but choose not to. It is a matter of making it more important in your life.
