    Wife wants me to leave
    My wife keeps going back and forth between divorce and me leaving. Her dad owns the home and we just rent. Can she kick me out?

    Depends on how you define "kick me out". She can't just force you out. However, if she files for divorce she can make your leaving a part of the divorce. But you will be given time to pack and find a new place.
