    Can you be ovulating and having period at same time?
    I usually have 28 day cycle but this month didn't begin symptoms till day 36 and no bleeding till today day 38 ?

    It is rare but possible.
    Symptoms of ovulating? What do you experience, and how are you sure of what they indicate?
