I been with my baby's daddy for seven years and we just got married like 1 month and a half. I want to fix him papers, my daughter is five she is a U.S citizen. When he was younger like 17 years in the past he drove to the border with a friend, he was not driving nor the owner of the car. They were stopped by an officer because his friend carried drug for his personal use. After that when I was pregnant like 6 years ago he tried to get his Visa and was denied. Can I fix him papers?

Somewere in there I assume you mean you wish he to become a citizen ? If he is here illegally it will be harder and he may or may not have to return to his own nation. Also was he convicted of any crimes in the drugs ? He needs to hire a immigration attorney, he does not become a citizen or legal just because he marries you
