    Lengthening cycles?
I am 28 years old. I went off birth control around July 2011. I have been trying to conceive since sept-oct 2011. After quitting BC, my cycle was a normal 28 days for a few months. Then it lengthened to 35 days - then to 40 days for a few. Today is 49 days- no period or pregnant. Symptoms, negative pregnancy test this AM.
A few days ago, I had ovary twinges, bloating, a bit of lower back pain, and sore bbs.
Using the CB Fertility Monitor I know I was ovulating- expect now my cycles are too long for the test.
With increasing cycles, should I make a visit with my family dr, or possibly an ob/gyn?

Just for a little information. I am in good health- not overweight- taking nothing but a prenatal. I haven't been stressing about this, but I am about to start!

I'd wait and see if your period shows up late or if you miss one for next month as well. It could be an off cycle, or you may have had a late ovulation and perhaps pregnancy did occur. If still no period after next month, see your gyn at that time.

You could always try another test sooner, perhaps in another week or two, if you can't stand the wait.

If your testing results are negative, and periods continue to be irregular, your gyn can do some checking to determine another cause.

I have a 4 year old Goodman heater model GMS81155CNA that we just replaced the blower motor on, fortunately it was under warranty until April. I have had crowns on my two front teeth for all of my adult life due to falling and breaking them. Recently one crown and tooth broke off at the gum line. Over the years (I am 56) my teeth had shifted and I had a small gap between my 2 front teeth that I hated. My dentist suggested making 4...

I have a tooth that is stable on three sides with a deep cavity. The tooth just had a substantial root canal and it is time for a crown.
