    Child custody
    Me and my husband have custody of a 6 yr old both her parents signed over when she was around 1. Now it turns out the father on birth certificate isn't the bio father and the bio father knew about her all along and didn't want anything to do with her. Now the bio mother has married the bio father and recently took a dna test. Me and my husband have raised her as our own she knows I'm not her real mom but my husband is the only father she's ever known. The bio mom is my husbands ex and have a son together and 5 yrs ago she had drug problems and dss took all of her kids and we took custody of the others as well. What rights do they have can the bio dad get her back even though he didn't want her I do not want to lose my child

    You have guardianship? Did you ADOPT the child?
