    The toro mower starts but it keeps stopping and it has gas and oil, why?
    I put oil in it and then realized I put too much so I emptied it back out until I could barely see the oil on the dip stick. There is gas in it but it feels and runs like it has no power. Someone told me I need to
    Replace the air filter but I don't have a clue how to do this. May just take it to the dealer but trying to fix it myself.

    Tell what model you have , then I can tell you where the air filter is.
