I lived in this house twice. First, in 1971-1972 (I was 9 yrs.old) for about a year, then again in the mid 1980's for about a year or so. Something must have happened in or near the house, in between those years. When living there in the '80's, there was a definite presence in the house that had not been there previously. At one point I actually saw and heard what appeared to be a teenage boy.
So, what I'd like to know is if anyone has any knowledge of any incidents/deaths there between 1972 and 1984.

There is no such history about this. You will have to talk to people in area, check news paper records and so on
