    Lien against one's property
    Can I file a lien against a person's property for the $150K he owes me. I won a court judgement against him, but he claims he has no m oney, yet he does own a home worth $200K. That is mortgaged.

    Where is this?
    Is it his primary residence (does he live in it)?

    Yes, it is his primary residence and it is located in OHIO

    You can but you must go back to court to accomplish this. He may not have $150k equity.
