[Tandah]

This is my third pregnancy. It has been so different and very much harder as I have had a lot of problem. I've had BH since 32 weeks but they are very painful!
So yesterday I started with period like cramps that turned into very sharp pains.. The more I moved the worse they got. They were 3-4 apart for almost 2 hrs then slowed down and stopped. About an hr ago I started with tightening and pressure in lower belly and now they are becoming stronger and sharper again. Lots of pressure as well. Its really hard to tell where the pain is coming from though.. I would say from my hips down hurts. I don't know if something is wrong or not.. IF I should get checked or just wait it out again?

Hi Tandah,

Are you around 36 weeks now? If they are coming regularly, and not letting up when you change your activity, give your midwife or doctor a call. Try having a large glass of water and a warm bath, or get something to eat. If they are BH, they will likely subside again.

When in doubt, best to be checked.
