    Why is my electrical receptacle ranging from 16 volts to 52 volts?
    Trying to help a friend out in his trailer his fridge quit removed the recpticle to find 3 sets of wires each black white and ground I'm assuming that one set is hot as there are 2 other recepticles either side with no power also thing is I have power tester and I'm only getting a voltage reading of 52 volts that drops to 16/17 changed out the breaker no differace any help please ? Also no recent work been carried out

    Most likely there is a bad splice or connection in the circuit causing this issue.
