    I need to move out.
    I'm 16 years old, living with my grandparents(guardians). Could they simply sign custody over to my sister who is in her 20's?we all live in Michigan.

    Are your grandparents your legal guardians? Where are your parents?

    Does your sister have a job, a place to live?

    She is probably too young - but you never know until you ask.
