    Ask the doctor online free
I had a hysterectomy & pelvic floor repair done 9 years ago. Few months ago, I found that I had stained my clothes. Blood, urine, USG & pelvic examination were all clear, with no signs of any lesion or wound. After that, I had 2 more episodes of bleeding... more spotting than bleeding. Then there was a repeat of the first episode last month. Again urine, stool, blood, USG & pelvic examinations were all clear. I have now noticed that I get sporadic bouts of spotting. I also get a little pain in the vaginal vault & also on the pubic bone.I am obese & taking medication for weight reduction. I am also under medication for depression for the past 2 - 3 years. I want to know what it is that I am ailing from. I am extremely worried. Please advise & help.

This is not a 'ask the doctor online free' site. Anyone can answer these questions.
I suggest that you search for a doctor well known for expertise in multiple medications crossing different disciplines. Such doctors are not easy to find.
If you want a ask the doctor site, be sure you are in one - there are many. I've never seen a free one though.
Bleeding is not uncommon years after major surgery, but that is not to say this is trivial. There's no possible way to know from your story.
I know a woman who had a hysterectomy who got PREGNANT. The surgeon had left a tiny, tiny bit of the uterus next to the cervix. That tiny bit expanded to full size and she delivered a healthy baby.
    The possibilities are endless.
