    Could I be pregnant
    I had two cycles in march but none for April. I have been gaining weight and have sore breast. Could I be pregnant?

    By chance, was one of the "periods" you had in March different from what your normal periods are like? If you are late for a period this month, try a pregnancy test. If it is negative, see what happens when you would expect your period for May and test again if necessary.
