    Co-signer for Student Loans for my niece 401k Hardship
    I am a co-signer on my niece Student Loan. She is defaulting so I requested a Hardship Withdraw from my 401k. They tell me no because its my Niece but now the loan is mine and affecting my credit report.

    That's what you get for co-signing. The only thing you can do is pay the loan and sue your niece.
