    Well you see I don't know what is the problem but lately I starts to get weak sleepy stressed out real easy... eating a lot... and at night I can't sleep on my belly because it would starts to hurt really bad.. so I have to sleep on my back and it doesn't feel comfortable

    Chemical imbalance, harmone imbalance, possible physcial issues, not enough info to even start guessing. Age, other physical issues.
